Certificate for .com's

I know you can get Registration Certificates for .uk domains through Nominet, but is there anything similar for .com domains?

I'm buying a .com as a gift for someone, but want to give them something to unwrap...any ideas?

hmmm.. I don't remember getting any sort of certificate.. you could make one :)
