I'd say I have a neutral English accent (neutral in England at least ) because English people cannot work out where I'm from. There's no detectable regional accent at all, people can tell I'm English but that's it.
So, does that mean you would have exactly the same non-accent as CoCo
The accents from Edinburgh and Glasgow are completely different and we can tell the difference, I have found that the English can't tell the difference and think we all have the same accent, strange

dont get me wrong tho, im not a posh southern pufta or a thick northerner...
i guess its pretty much english as you would get in a language tape, an average of all accents
