Screenshots of the game. If I was selling you shoes that cost $250, wouldn't you want to see them before you buy them? What if I told you that the only way to see what the shoes look like is by registering on my site with all your personal information? Would you think I'm crazy? I would.

Help yourself if you really want to have a shot at selling this, and be kind to prospective buyers.

No offence intended mate, but that "game" is utter <span style='color:blue' title='I&#39;m naughty, are you naughty?'>smurf</span>. I doubt many people would take it if you were giving it away for nothing.

Also, I suspect you've taken some of the code from other places on the net rather than writing it yourself - the Tic Tac Toe game is from http://z7.invisionfree.com/IF_Code_Zone ... owtopic=67 ... if you have permission to sell that code on then fair enough, but if you don't you're breaking the law and could be sued for lots and lots of money.

No the only code I took of the net was from JavascriptKit, all the other code I learned from reading tutorials on the net, but I didnt copy/paste, I rewrote the code myself after learning it.

EDIT: JavascriptKit allows me to take code and use it for my own purposes.

Talk about harsh!! :D

Anyway, Onion does have a good point related to copyrighted content. Using images, code or content that others created for your pet project game is a relatively harmless thing to do. But the moment that you decide to sell it for profit, you have just crossed a very dangerous legal line that can cost you a lot of money if you are not careful.

My suggestion would be: develop a worthwhile game with original content (or buy the rights to use that content), build it up over a few years, and if it is good enough, the offers to buy it will come at some point. Where it currently stands, I doubt anyone will want to purchase it.

Out of curiosity, how old are you, gnswish?

If anyone wants to "win" this game, go to Tic Tac Toe from the 'games' link in the menu, enter the score you want, and click the submit button. Instantly jump to the top of the leaderboard.

The security isn't great..

Are you selling the game on a per license basis? Or are you selling exclusive rights so someone can then re-sell this game???

In either case you'd be pricing way to high and way too low.
