Looking for Volunteer for Masonic Lodge App

I've spent the past 41 years developing computer programs and web solutions. I have a couple of pet project "non-profit" charity-benefitting organizations I've enjoyed developing for and I'd hate to leave my work...with nobody to move them forward into the future, should something happen to me.

It'd be nice to find a developer who could see they could be able to move the web applications forward for the next 20 or more years into the future. I'm not planning on quitting, I'm planning on staying on for as long as it seems reasonable. The apps are up and running, PHP 7+ compliant, and have 5+ years of public use. One app is for college football parking, and the other is a simple donation and athlete scholarship web app.

The perfect candidate will have advanced experience with PHP, relational MySQL, Javascript, Ajax, and good WordPress theme experience, including PHPMailer and domain DNS settings for email standards, such as SPF, DMARC, and DKIM records.
